General conditions

• All our courses are very technically oriented, and they all include hands-on exercises whenever possible.
• In order to guarantee the quality of the training, every course has set a limitation on the number of students, which you can find in the course description.
• In addition to the training calendar, every course can be scheduled on demand.
• On demand courses can be run at the customer's premises. In this case, taddong may provide all necessary equipment (including projectors and screens), except for the room and network facilities and personal laptops when needed. Price will be calculated depending on number of students and travel and accomodation expenses.
• All the information regarding a course (description, contents, needed material, etc.) can be found by following the link on the course name, whereas a particular course instance information (schedule, location, language, etc.) can be found by following the schedule date link
• Registration: The registration process will be confirmed when payment is received. The inscription order will be the payment reception order. Complete registration instructions can be found in each training event description.
• Attendance cancellation: If you cancel your attendance more than 30 days in advance of the course start date, the complete course tuition will be refunded to you. If you cancel your attendance at a later date, a 20% of the course tuition may be retained to cover course organization expenses.

Discount programmes

• The following discount policies are subject to change without notice. Changes will affect all transactions that occur after the change publication in this web page.
• The discount policies described afterwards can all be accumulated.
• Early registration discount: Every training event will be published with an "early registration deadline". Every registration confirmed before this deadline will be given a 10% discount on the course price.
• Student recommendation: If during the registration process you state that the course was recommended to you by one person, this person will be eligible for a 5% discount in the next Taddong course that he will attend, starting at a date subsequent from your registration date. This discount can also be accumulated, meaning that recommending a course to two people will imply a discount of 10%, and so on.
• Groups discount: If two or more attendants that are members of the same organization (company, blog, etc.) register to the same course, each of them will be eligible for a 5% discount on the course price.
• Previous students discount: When registering to a course, students that have previously attended to any other Taddong course of equal or greater duration, will be eligible for a 5% discount on the course price.
